To provide opportunities to build knowledge and practical expertise, make contacts with prominent figures in the substantive area, pursue individual or team research and publications, and develop policy proposals and active initiatives; to provide highly selective program for 2L and 3L JD students with strong international, transnational and comparative law interests and exceptional promise as contributors in the field.
