To provide tuition assistance to undergraduate students who are studying retail real estate or a related field. Qualifications: Applicants must be a full-time college student enrolled at an accredited university in fall current year; must have minimum of a 3.0 GPA (out of a 4.0 scale); must have a demonstrated interest in the marketplaces Industry, focusing on the development and management of marketplaces and spaces where people shop, dine, work, play, and gather; must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents; U.S. undergraduate.
