To support residents of Jackson County pursuing postsecondary education. Qualifications: Applicants must be a resident of Jackson County, Michigan; must be graduating high school senior, previous (undergraduate) recipients, home-schooled student, student already enrolled in and taking undergraduate classes, or returning learner; demonstrate noteworthy achievement through work, community or family activities; must have cumulative GPA between 2.5 - 3.25; must demonstrate proof of financial need. Selection criteria: Preference will be given to first generation college students. How to apply: Applicants must complete the online application and submit one letter of recommendation, transcripts, and proof of FAFSA completion.
