To recognize students who demonstrate motivation in their pursuit of higher education, are actively involved in their community, and have financial need. Qualifications: Applicants must be previous recipients only; proof of financial need; hold a minimum 2.4 GPA; proof of acceptance in an accredited college, university, vocational or technical institute; full or part-time enrollment in an accredited college or university; participation in community activities, leadership, and service; qualified Jackson High School graduating seniors. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on committee's criteria.
