To support Henry Ford Allegiance Health employee dependents who are pursuing postsecondary education in health care fields. Qualifications: Applicants must be enrolled in a two or four year accredited public/private college, university, or trade school carrying a minimum of 12 semester hours or equivalent; must be a dependent child of a Henry Ford Jackson Hospital employee who has at least one year of service; must carry a 3.0 GPA in the prior two years of formal education; demonstrate good citizenship qualities in school and community; must have financial need. Selection criteria: Preference given to students in their second year and above who demonstrate a commitment to a specific program. How to apply: Application must be completed online and submitted along with one letter of recommendation, transcripts, and proof of FAFSA completion. Focus: Health care services; Health sciences; Medicine.
