To provide opportunity for nontraditional students whose work, family responsibilities or other reasons may have kept them from obtaining higher education immediately after high school, and who are now pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree. Qualifications: Applicants must live within a 25-mile radius of HFAH; must age 25 or older; must high school graduate or GED recipient; plan to pursue an associate, undergraduate or graduate degree; accepted by an accredited 2 or 4 year college or university, or an accredited trade school; be, or plan to be, a fulltime student who maintains a minimum of 12 credit hours.
