Qualifications: Applicants must be a resident of Jackson County, Michigan, valedictorian, salutatorian or student with highest GPA from a larger Jackson County, high school (149 students or more in graduating senior class); For this year this includes only students, from Jackson High School, Northwest High School and Western High School, Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above, Participation in school activities and/or sports, Good citizenship, leadership and outside activities including work experience.
