Award: $5,000

To assist graduating seniors from Jackson County high schools and other Jackson County residents who are attending college. Qualifications: Applicants must be resident of Jackson County, Michigan; graduating high school senior, previous recipient, student already enrolled in and taking undergraduate classes, returning learner, student planning to attend graduate school, student already enrolled in graduate school; plan to start, continue, or advance education in the eld of nursing or a nursing-related eld (such as a Nurse Practitioner, Mid-Wife, or Nurse Anesthetist); applicants currently enrolled in college in a nursing program will be given preference. Selection criteria: Preference will be based on currently enrolled in college in a nursing program. How to apply: Applicants must be submit online application form; required documents: 1 letter of recommendation; transcript; proof of completion of FAFSA; proof of acceptance in an accredited Nursing Program; full or part-time enrollment at an accredited Michigan college or university; proof of financial need.
