To provide financial assistance for deserving students who are residents of Dawson or Lumpkin Counties. Qualifications: Applicants must be residents of Dawson County or Lumpkin County and in good academic standing in accordance within college guidelines. Selection criteria: Selection will be based upon their normal review procedure to the Edna A. Noblin committee for consideration. How to apply: Applicants must have a completed FAFSA on file with the Lanier Technical College financial aid office for the year scholarship funding is being requested; must submit a Lanier Technical College Foundation Scholarship application and the Edna A. Noblin Budget Worksheet. Focus: General studies/Field of study not specified.
