To encourage Maine-based professionals pursuing graduate degrees in mental health. Qualifications: Applicants must Maine-based professionals (including, but not limited to, nurses, counselors, and social workers) planning to pursue graduate education at the University of Maine (Orono) or the University of Southern Maine. Selection criteria: Selections based on leadership potential, academic performance, work experience, and commitment to school and community, as well as financial need and any other fund-specific requirements. How to apply: Applicants must submit online application form; should include transcripts or grade reports, letters of recommendation, and the Student Aid Report from the FAFSA. Focus: Counseling/Guidance; Mental health; Nursing; Social work.
