To support underrepresented minority students of America interested in sciences, technology, engineering and mathematics. Qualifications: Applicants must be U.S. citizens enrolled in a doctoral degree in engineering, physical and natural sciences, or mathematics at a limited number of partner universities; must self-identify as African-American, Hispanic, or American Indian/Alaska Native.
