National Center for Farmworker Health
Award: $1,000–$1,500
To assist health center staff to pursue their educational goals in health care and to contribute to the development of the Community Health Center workforce. Qualifications: Applicants must be interested in pursuing or continuing a career in the migrant health field, and must be employees at a community/migrant health center. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on demonstrated commitment to working in the agricultural worker community, choice of career path, and personal experience, with special recognition to those who have a family history as agricultural workers. Focus: Health education.
