To assist those who are able to demonstrate outstanding potential in improving their team's performance in child support. Qualifications: Applicants must be anyone within the child support community who has been a manager for two years or less and demonstrates outstanding potential to improve his or her team’s performance. How to apply: Applicants must submit online application form; should include a statement (500 words); statement, the applicant's supervisor is required to submit a letter of recommendation. Focus: Leadership, Institutional and community.
