To support members and their families by providing them with a scholarship. Qualifications: Applicant must be an active or retired member of the Rhode Island National Guard or a son or daughter thereof (all enlisted RING personnel may apply); must be a high school senior, high school graduate, or higher education undergraduate; must be accepted at an accredited college, university, or vocational/technical school. How to apply: Applicant must furnish copies of College Board exam scores (PSAT, SAT, etc.) and high school or college transcripts with the fully completed application; applicant is strongly encouraged to provide any additional information that may be helpful to the selection committee.
