To assist promising students entering the field of residential construction management. Qualifications: Applicants must be interested in obtaining employment in a leadership role in the residential construction industry upon graduation. (ex. owner, project manager, superintendent, etc.); applicant must have at least one semester of completed course work at a college or university on their official transcript; applicant must be enrolled as a full-time undergraduate or graduate student for the upcoming fall term and have at least one full academic year of course work remaining after the scholarship is awarded; applicant cannot be a high school senior; students who will be in their fifth-year of undergrad (5th year senior)in the fall are not eligible.
