To support an outstanding Italian American undergraduate or graduate student originally from the state of Nevada. Qualifications: Students must have a GPA of 3.5 (or the equivalent) or higher; must have an active NIAF Membership; NIAF memberships are valid for one year from the date of registration; Students may use their parent, guardian or grandparent’s membership; be enrolled in a US accredited institution of higher education on a full time basis for the Fall current year semester; have a GPA of at least 3.5 out of 4.0; be a United States Citizen or permanent resident alien; have Italian American ancestry; be considered Italian American, the Students must have at least one ancestor who has immigrated from Italy. Selection criteria: Preference is given to those students who are majoring in International Relations or a related field.
