To support NJSA members that are enrolled in a post-secondary institution and majoring in an agricultural-related field. Qualifications: Applicant must be a member of the NJSA between the ages of 17-21 and enrolled in an agricultural-related field. Selection criteria: Selection committee will look for a candidate who represents the four pillars of the National Junior Swine Association; competition, leadership, education, and scholarship.
