To provide financial aid to support the association's commitment to advance educational opportunities. Qualifications: Applicants must be undergraduate student; full-time employees, and their immediate family members, of an organization, which is a member of the national parking association, are eligible; parent or spouse must have been employed at least three years as of January 1st of the year the applicant is applying for a scholarship. Selection criteria: Selection will be made by the board of trustees on the basis of merits, scholastic and extracurricular achievement, charter, meritorious service and application criteria such as transcripts, recommendations, etc. How to apply: Applicants must be submit online application form; grades transcript; acceptance letter (freshmen or transfers); photo (optional); NPA member certification; three letters of recommendation.
