Qualifications: Applicants must be students who are attending or have been accepted into appropriate college/university programs at the undergraduate or graduate level; must reside in New England or attend a college/university in New England to qualify; must be a full-time student in a degree program.; must be a 3-for-1 student membership; must be pursuing a degree in civil or environmental engineering.
