To encourage students applying for a scholarship to the new hampshire automobile dealers association's education foundation Qualifications: Applicants student is attending school in new hampshire; must have a minimum grade point average (gpa) of 2.5; must possess a valid driver's license. Scholarships may be denied if applicant is 19 y/o or under has two or more points or if 20 y/o or older has three or more points.; are insurable and employed, this will be taken into consideration; high school students must be enrolled in an auto program, or been enrolled in 4 years of mathematics, or be currently employed in the automobile industry; college students must be currently employed in the automobile industry; be enrolled and in good standing in an automotive technology, auto body or heavy equipment/diesel program within the community college system of new hampshire for the upcoming academic school year. How to apply: Applicants high school students letter of recommendation from automotive instructor; if applicant does not have an automotive instructor, then a letter of recommendation from the applicant's 4-year mathematics teacher or current automotive industry employer/supervisor may be substituted high school transcript; college students letter of recommendation from a ccsnh automotive, heavy equipment/diesel or auto body instructor; letter of recommendation from applicant's automotive industry employerlk;/supervisor; college transcript. Focus: Automotive technology.
