To assist the children and spouses of NCOA members who wish to pursue their education. Qualifications: Applicants must be children and spouses of current members of the non commissioned officers association. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on committee criteria. How to apply: Applicants must be submit online application form; should include, two letters of recommendation; autobiography; a personal letter of recommendation from an adult who is not a relative; a certified transcript of high school or college grades - depending on which currently attending; a copy of ACT or SAT scores; a copy of high school diploma or GED equivalent; a certified transcript of all college courses completed, if any; certificate of completion for any other courses of training; a brief biographical background.
