To support Yadkin County students pursuing postsecondary education. Qualifications: Applicants must be graduating seniors, or previous graduates, of a Yadkin County, NC, high school who have been accepted to, and plan to further their education at, an institution of higher learning, including two- or four-year colleges and universities, community colleges, and technical schools; must demonstrate academic excellence, good citizenship, and involvement in community. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on committee criteria. How to apply: Application must be submitted through the NCCF Online Portal. Applicant must create an account and then follow all instructions for applying for scholarship. Applicant will need to provide an email for their high school counselor, email addresses for references, and completed FAFSA. Focus: General studies/Field of study not specified.
