To support graduates of Graham County high schools who are pursuing college degrees. Qualifications: Applicant must be a graduate of a Graham County high school who plans to pursue a college degree. Selection criteria: Priority is given in the following order: applicants pursuing a BS in Education; applicants who have a parent who is a teacher; an applicant attending Western Carolina University. How to apply: Application must be submitted through the NCCF Online Portal. Applicant must create an account and then follow all instructions for applying for scholarship.
