To support graduating students in Yadkin County who wish to pursue an undergraduate degree. Qualifications: Applicant must be graduating from a public or private high school located in Yadkin County, NC; must be planning to attend a private, four-year college or university located in North Carolina to obtain an undergraduate degree. Selection criteria: Selection criteria include academic standing, evidence of good moral character, and service to the community. Preference will be given to applicants planning to attend Duke University. How to apply: Application must be submitted through the NCCF Online Portal. Applicant must create an account and then follow all instructions for applying for scholarship. Applicant will need to provide an email for their high school counselor, email addresses for references, and completed FAFSA. Focus: General studies/Field of study not specified.
