To support young people in North Carolina who need financial assistance to attend college. Qualifications: Applicants must be young people exiting foster care or living in poverty in North Carolina who wish to continue their education at a college, university, community college, or other accredited postsecondary institution. Selection criteria: Preference will be given to young people from Wayne County, or secondarily, from counties which are contiguous to Wayne County. How to apply: Application must be submitted through the NCCF Online Portal. Applicant must create an account and then follow all instructions for applying for scholarship. Focus: General studies/Field of study not specified.
