To provide support for students, programs, and activities that enhance the quality of education and expand the educational opportunities for students enrolled at Northwest- Shoals Community College. Qualifications: Applicants must be a students from franklin county, Alabama who wish to obtain a nursing degree from NW-SCC or who wish to complete the basic preparations at NW-SCC to pursue a 4-year degree in nursing or related medical fields may also apply; must have an expressed financial need and must remain in good standing with NW-SCC; 2.75 GPA full-time status, continuous enrollment. Selection criteria: Students will be selected by the NW-SCC foundation scholarship committee.
