To provide educational assistance to students from Northern Ohio. Qualifications: Applicants must be students currently enrolled as sophomores, juniors, or seniors at an Ohio college or university; must be majoring in a field relevant to the industry, particularly journalism, marketing, or communications; must have a minimum GPA of 2.5 (C+). Selection criteria: Selection will be based on the committee's criteria. How to apply: Applicants must submit online nomination form; accurate and completed application form with required signatures; autobiography composed to demonstrate writing ability, not less than 500 words and not more than 750, that effectively describes academic and career interests, extracurricular activities especially those related to journalism; two letters or recommendation from faculty members familiar with student’s work and career interests and some knowledge of outside pursuits related to journalism or civic involvement. Focus: Advertising; Communications; Journalism; Marketing and distribution.
