To support a student pursuing a specific medical specialty, or from a certain area of the province. Qualifications: Applicants must be current resident or high school graduate of Sault Ste. Marie; students enrolled in one of the six Ontario medical school programs: Michael G. DeGroote School of Medicine, McMaster University, Northern Ontario School of Medicine, Queen's University School of Medicine, Schulich School of Medicine, Western University, Temerty Faculty of Medicine, University of Toronto, University of Ottawa Faculty of Medicine; must be OMA members with an OMA number; A female Ontario medical student. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on the applicants' demonstrated financial need and academic standing.
