To provide for students enrolling at an institution of higher education anywhere in the United States. Qualifications: Applicants must be Served during the Global War on Terror; attend a public or accredited private institution of higher education in the United States, including community college; enrolled at least half-time. Selection criteria: Preference given to Oregon National Guard and Oregon Reservists. How to apply: Applicants must submit online application form; should include essays - 250 words maximum; personal statements; high school transcript(s); transcripts from ALL schools applicants have attended since high school (if applicable); a DD 214 Form or other paperwork that details years served, deployment and military branch. Focus: General studies/Field of study not specified.
