Qualifications: Applicants must be Oregon resident; must graduate or graduating senior of an Oregon high school or high school equivalent; attend a public or private institution of higher education in Oregon, including community college, trade school, or a qualifying apprenticeship program through a Title-IV eligible Oregon school; enrolling for freshman year of school; enrolled at least half-time. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on committee's criteria.
