To offer graduate research fellowships to work primarily in its Costa Rica field stations. Qualifications: Applicants must be graduate students enrolled in a degree program at OTS member institutions and to OTS graduate course alumni. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on the committee criteria. How to apply: Applicants must submit online application form; applicants must submit the following items: project title; project abstract; project objectives; project methods; project significance; project schedule and expected outputs; project budget; budget justification; literature cited; name, address, telephone, fax, and email of four people who can comment on the scientific merit of the proposal; a curriculum vitae of the applicant; two recommendation letters, one from the thesis advisor; proposals may be submitted in English or Spanish.
