To provide funding for clinical, translational, or basic research projects that can be completed within the 24-month funding period. Qualifications: Applicants must be the principal investigator, or the co-principal investigator must be an OTA active, clinical, or research member in good standing with no outstanding reporting requirements for currently active OTA-funded projects; residents and fellows are not eligible to apply for a full member grant as the principal investigator; research must be conducted in North America; applicants may apply in more than one grant category, if applicable. Selection criteria: Selection will be evaluated by independent reviewers based on clinical Significance, investigators, innovation, approach, and environment.
