To offer various scholarships to support educational pursuits in the Parkersburg, West Virginia area. Qualifications: Applicants must be HS Senior or post-secondary, HS: Doddridge County high school; GPA: 2.25 minimum; be high school seniors and current college students; must be residents in the Foundation's service area: Calhoun, Doddridge, Gilmer, Jackson, Mason, Pleasants, Ritchie, Roane, Wirt, and Wood Counties in West Virginia and Washington County, Ohio. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on the committee and preference well-rounded, hard-working individuals with financial need who are not already receiving substantial scholarship aid from other sources, WV college.
