Qualifications: Applicants must be HS senior or Post-Secondary; resident of Wood County, WV, or Washington County, OH; a vocational or technical field; must be attending or planning to attend Washington County Career Center, Washington State Community College, Wood County Schools Vocational Tech Center, or WVU-P Caperton Center; renewable (not to exceed 4 years), maintains 2.5 GPA. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on financial need, a good work ethic, and personal commitment to completing a course of vocational or technical studies.
