To offer various scholarships to support educational pursuits in the Parkersburg, West Virginia area. Qualifications: Applicants must be high school senior or Post-Secondary; must be resident in Calhoun, Doddridge, Gilmer, Jackson, Mason, Pleasants, Ritchie, Roane, Wirt, Wood, WV or Washington County, OH; must have plan to attend to Massage, physical, or occupational therapy college. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on committee criteria; basis of personal commitment to service for individuals whose lives are affected by ALS or other neuromuscular or disabling disease as evidenced by volunteer or community service; preference given to Massage therapy.
