To offer various scholarships to support educational pursuits in the Parkersburg, West Virginia area. Qualifications: Recipients must be a current resident of Ritchie County, must have a minimum 3.25 GPA, and must have participated in high school athletics for four years and have received an athletic letter for at least three of the four years; be high school seniors and current college students; must be residents in the foundation's service area: Calhoun, Doddridge, Gilmer, Jackson, Mason, Pleasants, Ritchie, Roane, Wirt, and Wood Counties in West Virginia and Washington County, Ohio. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on the Committee and High school athletic participation for four years and received an athletic letter for at least three of the four years, academics, and athletic achievement; consider the following: academics, activities/leadership, service, financial need, special circumstances.
