To support local graduating seniors pursuing postsecondary education. Qualifications: Applicants must be HS Senior or Post-Secondary; must be resident: Washington County, OH or Wood County, WV; have GPA: 2.5 minimum; must have college plans: music or music education; preference given to city of Belpre or Belpre township residents; be high school seniors and current college students. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on committee criteria; consider the following: academics, activities/leadership, service, financial need; special circumstances; based on Music activities in school or church such as band, choir, musical theater, etc. How to apply: Applicants must submit online application form.
