To offer various scholarships to support educational pursuits in the Parkersburg, West Virginia area. Qualifications: Applicants must be Wirt County high school senior; must have a minimum 2.75 GPA; must have financial need; be current college students; must be residents in the foundations service area: Calhoun, Doddridge, Gilmer, Jackson, Mason, Pleasants, Ritchie, Roane, Wirt, and Wood Counties in West Virginia and Washington County, Ohio. Selection criteria: Selection based on committee criteria following: activities/leadership, service, financial need, special circumstances, character, academic performance, and potential.
