To support graduating seniors and Key Club participants from Parkersburg High School who are planning to pursue postsecondary education. Qualifications: Applicants must be a graduating senior from Parkersburg high school who has actively participated in Key Club during his or her high school years; must be planning to attend an accredited postsecondary institution on a full-time basis; must have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Selection criteria: Selection is based on active participation in Key Club along with leadership and personal contribution to the improvement of their community through the dedication of their time and efforts.
