To offer various scholarships to support educational pursuits in the Parkersburg, West Virginia area. Qualifications: Applicants must be a Parkersburg high school graduating senior who is enrolled at or plans to enroll at a four-year accredited college or university as a full-time student; must plan to pursue a degree in business or natural/pure science; must be residents in the foundation's service area: Calhoun, Doddridge, Gilmer, Jackson, mason, Pleasants, Ritchie, Roane, Wirt, and wood counties in west Virginia and Washington county, Ohio. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on committee criteria and Strong work ethic, interest in community service, and leadership. How to apply: Applicants must submit online application form.
