To offer various scholarships to support educational pursuits in the Parkersburg, West Virginia area. Qualifications: Applicants must be Parkersburg catholic high school, Parkersburg high school, Parkersburg south high school; must 3.0 minimum; must attend to college plans: police, EMS, fire or criminal justice; must be residents in the foundation's service area: Calhoun, Doddridge, Gilmer, Jackson, mason, Pleasants, Ritchie, Roane, Wirt, and wood counties in west Virginia and Washington county, Ohio. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on committee criteria and Work ethic, community service and demonstrated leadership skills. How to apply: Applicants must submit online application form. Focus: Criminal justice; Fires and fire prevention; Health care services; Law enforcement.
