To support Doddridge County graduates and residents who plan to pursue undergraduate or graduate degrees. Qualifications: Applicants must be high school seniors, post-Secondary and current college students; must be residents in the foundation's service area: Calhoun, Doddridge, Gilmer, Jackson, Mason, Pleasants, Ritchie, Roane, Wirt, and Wood Counties in West Virginia and Washington County, Ohio; must Doddridge County high school; 3.2 minimum; must attend to college plans: undergraduate or graduate degree; preference will be given to good leadership skills, work ethic, and personal attributes. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on committee criteria; consider the following: academics, activities/leadership, service, financial need; special circumstances.
