To assist Parkersburg High School graduating seniors planning to pursue postsecondary education. Qualifications: Applicants must be a graduating senior from Parkersburg high school; must have financial need; preference is given to not receiving other scholarships; must be current college students; must be residents in the foundations service area: Calhoun, Doddridge, Gilmer, Jackson, Mason, Pleasants, Ritchie, Roane, Wirt, and Wood Counties in West Virginia and Washington County, Ohio. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on committee criteria following: activities/leadership, service, financial need, special circumstances, academic achievement.
