To offer various scholarships to support educational pursuits in the Parkersburg, West Virginia area. Qualifications: Applicants must be HS Senior or Post-Secondary; must be resident: Calhoun, Doddridge, Gilmer, Jackson, Mason, Pleasants, Ritchie, Roane, Wood, Wirt, or Washington County; must 2.0 minimum, 2.5 while in college, financial need; must attend to College Plans: RN, full time; recipients must be willing to make a written pledge attesting to their intention to return to the area covered by the service region of the Foundation to practice for at least two years.
