Qualifications: Applicants must be Ritchie County residents who plan to attend a post-high school educational institution for a Licensed practical nursing (LPN) or registered nursing (RN) program. Selection criteria: Selection based on Committee academic promise, good character, and good citizenship. If there are no nursing applicants in any given year, applicants pursuing other healthcare related degrees will be considered. How to apply: Applicants must submit online application form.
