Qualifications: Applicants must be HS senior or post-secondary, HS: public or private in Calhoun, Doddridge, Jackson, Mason, Ritchie, Wirt, and Wood counties; be high school seniors and current college students; must be residents in the Foundation's service area: Calhoun, Doddridge, Gilmer, Jackson, Mason, Pleasants, Ritchie, Roane, Wirt, and Wood Counties in West Virginia and Washington County, Ohio. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on committee criteria; consider the following: academics, activities/leadership, service, financial need; special circumstances; scholastic ability, financial need, and good character.
