To support Doddridge County High School graduating seniors who plan to pursue postsecondary education. Qualifications: Applicants must be high school seniors and current college students; must be residents in the foundation's service area: Calhoun, Doddridge, Gilmer, Jackson, mason, Pleasants, Ritchie, Roane, Wirt, and wood counties in west Virginia and Washington county, Ohio; must be Doddridge county high school; 3.7 minimum. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on committee criteria; consider the following: academics, activities/leadership, service, financial need; special circumstances; character, performance and community involvement.
