To offer various scholarships to support educational pursuits in the Parkersburg, West Virginia area. Qualifications: Applicants must be Parkersburg South high school senior; must be resident in Wood County; must demonstrate financial need; must have plan to attend full time college; must be current college students; must be residents in the foundations service area: Calhoun, Doddridge, Gilmer, Jackson, Mason, Pleasants, Ritchie, Roane, Wirt, and Wood Counties in West Virginia and Washington County, Ohio. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on committee criteria following: academics, activities/leadership, service, financial need, special circumstances, well-rounded student.
