Award: $1,500

To provide financial support to deserving students pursuing their educational goals. Qualifications: Applicant must be a current PAPPC member or immediate family member of a current PAPPC member; must be currently enrolled or accepted into a two-year or four-year accredited program of higher education with a concentration of studies in the Humanities and Social Sciences; must be in good academic standing with a minimum 2.75 GPA at time of application. How to apply: Applicants must submit online application form along with: three letters of recommendation; a personal statement explaining why they chose their field of study and how that field applies to their future aspirations (statements are not to exceed 500 words and must be typed and double-spaced); most current transcripts; full name, social security number, address, phone number, email address, high school or college grade point average, name of college or university applicant plans to attend or is currently attending, and major, PAPPC member name and relationship. Focus: Humanities; Social sciences.
