To promote improve and encourage the profession and practice of land surveying in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania by providing financial assistance to those persons intending to pursue, or who are currently pursuing, an education in surveying with an ultimate goal of becoming practicing Professional Land Surveyors. Qualifications: Applicants must be a citizen of the United States and be a resident of the commonwealth of Pennsylvania; must be enrolled in or be accepted in a two-year surveying technology program or a four-year bachelor of science program in land surveying.
